TSC provide you with tables and chairs, flatscreen smart tv, projector, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, small microwave, coffee maker, no stove, one refrigerator, bar countertop, conference room, 2 restrooms with essentials, floor to ceiling glass storefront with tons of natural light.
TSC protect both parties by requesting $150 deposit from clients two weeks prior to the start of their booking. The deposit is to ensure that there are no damages to the space. This deposit will be refunded back to your account three business days after the booking.

I would share the passcode to the lockbox attached to the glass storefront door and answer any questions while you on your tour. TSC is booked when completed all of the followings below.
1. Contract must be signed and emailed back ASAP

Well, a full-day session is 6 hours maximum. We have two sessions to choose from. The day session begins at 7 am and ends at 2:30 pm and the evening session begins at 4 pm and ends at 11:30 pm.
Yes, the hours are flexible. However, all events should end by 1am.

You must take all trash and recycling with you. Please do not leave any trash onsite or on the sidewalk. You must clean up after yourself. Cleaning supplies will be available to you as well.
To check in and check out by yourself, you must text or call 347-692-5808 for lock door access code. When checking out by yourself you must lock all doors, shut off all the lights, load your trash and recycling into your car, and return key to the lockbox and text or call when completed.
Alcohol and vendors are acceptable. However, you must provide a separate one-day event insurance policy prior to check-in and the alcohol cannot be sold during your event. There is no need for the insurance policy if you’re not serving alcohol and there are no hired vendors for your event.
There are NO TSC STAFF on site. Book@thestardomcenter.com is your self-run DIY storefront venue rented for your special private event. TSC is your own private event space designed to create your own memories.
It all depends on how you lay out your floor plan and how you decorate your space for your event. Some parties like to use the high-top tables for a cocktail style standing event where 75-100 attendees could be comfortable.
Your set up and clean up time is included within the time slot you purchased. We should set aside at least 1 hour for both task. Please keep in mind there is an additional fee of $125 if you go over your slot time.

TSC does not allow access or use of the front windows.
Yes, feel free to use all TSC items in the space and don’t forget to replace them cleaned.
Yes, you’re allowed to design or decorate your own event. Just rearrange everything back once your event is done.
TSC lights are already set up for use. The projector can be used for your events as well.
PLEASE FOLLOW GRACE PERIOD INSTRUCTIONS;
All bookings with TSC are subject to a grace period policy, which includes; a full refund for canceled bookings within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation. However, cancellation cannot be no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 Day:
•Cancellation is submitted up to 30 calendar days prior to booking start time.
100% will be refunded.
•Cancellation is submitted within 30 – 7 calendar days prior to booking start time.
50% will be refunded.
•Cancellation is submitted less than 7 calendar days prior to booking start time.
0% will be refunded.
